Leadership is only interested in themselves. They have no care in their team, but focus solely on metrics. Recruiters are focused on travel and hiring with no work/life balance. There is typically one person quitting per month, but no change or feedback that is implemented to create a better culture. A horrible and unprofessional work environment.

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
