I have been working at Software Advice for about 9 months now, and have become one of their top performers. The environment is nothing like your typical IT sales company. I've met some of my closest friends at work and really enjoy my coworkers and managers along my path to a very successful and challenging career. We definitely work very hard, and the sales role is very rewarding. Our company has a very unique group of talented individuals who all bring something great to the table. Some other things Software Advice provides are great benefits, and job security. The company also really cares about their employees and they are always looking for ways to improve our work environment and that's satisfying. The C-level executives doors are always open, and have built a great team of leaders to work with. I feel like they are always looking for ways to better our opportunity and careers. Overall it's a great place to work, definitely somewhere that fits into my long-term career. I took a 50k pay cut to come work here I think that says enough. Oh and of course the stocked kitchen, massage Fridays, the concierge services like car washes, oil changes, and food trucks that come to the office.

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
