They don't pay what the market offers for tech. ONLY thinks about shareholders and stock, not about the customer (which used to be the opposite). Upper leadership is WAY out of touch with the sales teams. Gartner is show me what you have done for me lately and will easily fire you if you don't hit sales numbers. Review the average years in role for sales and you will see if its VERY low and should scare you as they have nearly a 40 percent churn rate... If you have other options go that direction as you will be there less then 2 years based on there tenure of sales.

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
