- Micro management! every deal, every renewal is highly scrutinized and sometimes you feel little ownership on the relationship - Highly sales focussed and place extreme pressure on sales people (BD and AMs) in terms of delivering results - Outside London making the commute is painstaking and Egham where the offices are is quite dull forcing everyone to work in an insular environment - Intra team interaction is almost non-existent and so the Work Life balance part...if you are into after work drinks then forget it coz after work everyone just want to get out of Egham
