The pay and flexibility in location of where you can work is vary disparate within the org even if you are in the same role. If you want any of the flexibility pieces you are encouraged to move to another part of the business even though people within the same part of the org have been given flexibility and this is not based off of performance.

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
