I have been at the company for two months and absolutely love the people, management, market we serve, product, and company. culture. I've worked at many Silicon Valley start-ups for over 20 years, and this is just a very rare find - everyone seems to be a team player and are extremely helpful both from within our department (sales) and across departments. Company wide communication is excellent, everyone is super dedicated to customer success, being responsive to customers, providing value, and not over-promising. My sense is management is also very dedicated to helping employees be successful, treat us as family with respect, and genuinely care for us. Compared to most companies, there does not seem to be a lot of politics and drama. I work remotely as do many employees, but did have the chance to spend a week in the office, and it was awesome. Just a wonderful group of people who will make any new employee feel very welcome. My sense is we are growing at a good rate and that there is a lot of opportunity for career growth. SDRs have moved up to sales, support reps to customer success, reps to management. And, office based employees to remote. Lastly, I just want to mention if you want to work hard to help nice people become successful, this is the place!

1) I work remotely and miss being in the office with colleagues (not really a con) 2) No stock options. On the positive side, you would think everyone here had a boatload of them. People work hard and genuinely care about the company and its success...much more so than companes that provide them. Take that as a huge compliment to the culture. 3) Our product is awesome, and we only have 1 primary competitor, but that also means this is a smaller developing market versus some other hot markets breeding Unicorns.
