As a company, we are appreciated for our hard work and they do small things that go along way and make you comfortable at the office each and every day. From ordering your favorite coffee for the Keurig and snacks for the office to making sure you have all the tools and resources to do your job effectively. 2. We have an internal company chat that people are constantly chatting in. Mostly work, but not always. It can get distracting, especially as we grow. It's not a bad thing, but it does require a little extra focus sometimes in order to stay on task.
