Vantaggi
Overall the pros of this position merely consists of the ability to work from home with the company providing the necessary equipment, the employer benefits were good and for going through the long training you do get college credits.
Svantaggi
Now cons outweigh the pros tremendously. Firstly, let's start off by saying this is not a sales job. You are mainly upselling the customers on whatever you can find that they "need" as they are mad because some product is broken. Next would be how my commission was swept from under me because my "availability" was a tad below the minimum required even though I was in front of the desk all day everyday but since I would put myself away for a minute or 2 on each file to ensure I closed it out properly it added up and disqualified me for commissions. And thats another thing, their commission structure is a joke. Have fun staying on the phone with a customer and "ATS" for 2 hours to correct an issue... you've pitched them everything in the book, they just dont care and its not like you can hang up once you have everything squared away... no matter how much expectations you set.
