      Some BUs have employees that are afraid of change. When Harris introduces major changes, some times there are no representatives from the leadership team present for longer period of time to help navigate the changes.

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. I am happy to see cross BU information sharing as a pro, it is something we encourage but is often under utilized. The amount of knowledge and expertise at Harris is incredible . We have added a number of experts to the corporate IT team to ensure the challenges are resolved.

      It (mostly) pays the bills. Your day to day experience will depend entirely on the business unit you are in and your localized management.

      Compensation is low. Their business model is just continuously acquiring established software companies, gutting them, and rebuilding them according to their model. Standard corporate experience. They will pay you as little as possible to retain you, and do things like changing the structure of HSA contributions to save a buck.
