Harris announced the acquisition of MEDHOST the business day before Christmas 2023. On February 2, 2024, Harris laid off 100 employees, nearly half the workforce, with no warning, especially legacy people with longevity, great knowledge of and passion for the products, and good salaries on which they supported their families. They are an absolute mess, full of lies about how employees would have job security after the acquisition and posit a long list of company values they blatantly ignore. They reconfigured the 2023 EBITA to show that MEDHOST wasn't profitable and delayed severance, when every product manager they fired knew the company was profitable. Many of the people they fired are still unemployed nearly five months later. They will respond to this review with the same empty boilerplate they use for every review here because they have no regard for human beings. They are smug, morally corrupt degenerates of the highest order. If they purchase your company, RUN.
