Harris acquired MEDHOST towards the end of 2023. Going into 2024 the company had multiple layoffs throughout the year and it was never communicated prior as to why. The constant cuts to support added on more work which lowered morale across the company. They also announced a few weeks ago they wouldn't be doing merit increases this year simply because we got cheaper benefits. This move undermines the value of their workers and is nothing but a blatant excuse to make more money while we were told we met all of our numbers for 2024.
