Svantaggi

-Tempting free snacks (say no to drugs a.k.a. a variety of flavored kettle chips)! -Time management can become a challenge over time if one does not remain personally accountable. In addition, increased growth = increased pace so organization is key! -As with any successful company, growing pains are inevitable. However, I have no doubts we will consistently overcome them with agility and teamwork!

- Small team but everyone is really nice and helpful. - Fair when it comes to workloads and deadlines. - Not super strict. As long as the work gets done well and in a reasonable time, you're good to go.

Svantaggi

- Due to being a small team, everyone is pretty busy and it can be tough getting answers to questions from people in a reasonable time.

I enjoyed my time as an Account Executive at HighMatch. They have a great company culture and leadership. Also, a very cool and easy-to-sell product offering and service.

Svantaggi

The only downside I would say is the lack of upper-ward mobility because it's a smaller organization.
