First off, you get to work with some of the smartest and most energetic people, which pushes you to do your best every day. If you love taking ideas from 0 to 1, this is the place for you. I’ve learned so much in the last six months I’ve been here. It is definitely a rewarding journey, and I wake up every day really excited to come to work! One of the values that resonates the most with me is ownership and accountability. Everyone is encouraged to take initiative and truly own their projects with set goals. There’s zero office politics here; you get recognized and rewarded for your hard work, which is so refreshing. Plus, I really enjoy working in the office. The vibe is just right! The team is so much fun to hang out with and work alongside. With things moving fast, it is very easy to collaborate in person with teams and get things done rather than wait for people to respond to Slack messages.

On the flip side, be ready for some constant context switching. Juggling multiple projects is the norm, so it can get a bit hectic. If you’re not into a fast-paced environment, this might not be your cup of tea. It’s definitely not for the faint-hearted! Work-life balance- It’s not exactly chill here. Like any other fast growing startup, deadlines are always as of yesterday. The pace of change is intense, and you’ll need to own your projects and ship fast. And let’s be real, the hours can be a lot—this isn’t a big corporate/company vibe. Overall, if you are a builder who thrives in a fast-paced setup, works hard, and gets things done, this place is for you, and it will be very rewarding.
