Probably the worst company I've ever worked for, and the only reason I stayed there for almost five years is because of my team. Everything you read in 'Disrupted' is true: there is a huge 'in crowd' and the only way to get ahead or get anything done is to be a part of it. C-level knows this, and not only do they not do anything about it, they cultivate it. After the lay-offs of early 2023, which were handled in the worst way ever, it became a really bleak place to work. The pretence of HEART is going nowhere as those in power clearly have no heart. Brian Halligan's favorite phrase is "I want to build a company my grandchildren can be proud of". Well, pretty much everyone agrees that with HubSpot he's built nothing to be proud of.
