Pre-Covid saw a multitude of activities and rewards for staff, incredible Christmas party and team bonding days! The best place I have ever worked - so much opportunity if you are willing to put in the effort.

Nothing that can be helped - Contact Centres are a busy environment and the climate with Covid amplifies this, but the management did all they could to enrich the work-life.
