Everything. Well lets cut it short. Their entire business model is acquiring companies. They acquire them and then layoff all the teams other than the sales team(because they need then during the transition phase). And then they outsource the entire product to some of their partner companies in India who maintain the product and add new features to them in eras. Why India? Well, where else would you get the cheapest IT labor?
