No pros. They acquire companies with no regard to the technology or people in those companies.

Svantaggi

Lack of communication. Mass layoffs of target companies. They outsource absolutely everything. Completely full of themselves and their methods without understanding that not everything is a one size fits all approach. The idera method is utterly flawed.
