If you work hard, you will be rewarded and your efforts are definitely noticed! I was promoted three times in the five and a half years I've worked here - sales rep to major account manager to team manager. Also, they have acquired quite a few companies, some fell under my division, which gave me exposure to new products and processes, and new opportunities. I have gotten so much experience here that I never would have gotten at my previous company. Everyone I've worked with are top notch and everyone is willing to pitch in and lend a hand. Plus the CEO knows how to throw a great party. Work hard, play hard!

They don't spend a lot of money on sales tools, but that also forces you to get creative, so that's kind of a pro too.
