Idera is unapologetically focused on driving value for the top 3 people at Idera + their PE owners. The rest of the folks that work there are serfs that are willing to labor at a wage well below market, for sub standard benefits for a company that doesn't even try to pretend they value their employees. When Randy Jacops welcomed the Yellowfin crew to Idera he was clear that culture isn't a priority for him or Idera. On Idera's best day, it's a paycheck. Potential customers of any of Idera's companies should be very cautious.
