It is not a meritocracy, there is a huge lack of assessment of the real value of employees. Applies currently very bad practices regarding people management, and it's sad to see from times to times a big outflow of very good employees. It's a reasonably big company that can promote the appearance of mercenaries that enrols in flavouring bad practices and bashing it's colleagues. It's not nice to work harder, better, and a lot of time and other colleges, that simply were lucky to born as female, have all the 5* promotions for lousy work.... Very often people with many years in the company get confronted by psychological pressure to leave the company..... It's not nice to have a batch of firings from time to time....
