      I've been with Sunpower for about a month. This is a great company to work for. Before starting my manager trained me thoroughly on the position and taught me about solar energy. I started as an inside sales representative, and was soon promoted to a higher position within the company. The overall culture is very friendly, positive, and upbeat. My colleagues are fun to work with, and management is extremely involved and helpful. The owners of the company are very nice! I'm glad to be a part of the team and very grateful to have been given an opportunity to work here.

      Some friendly co-workers made the time worth while.

      Mismanagement. Lack of Integrity. Constant favoritism displayed, lack of recognition to employees who actually care. Lack of appreciation, good workers are punished due to internal hostility from management. Unprofessional management and toxic environment. Biggest take away was the lack of integrity present within certain employees and the company vision overall. They don't care about their customers or their employees and it shows. Had great potential unfortunately that completely fell flat. Huge disappointment. Complete lack of respect present in this place.
