ISA has been acquired and is now part of Precision Extract. No one really knows what that means and you feel that what once made ISA special is now gone. The company does specialize in market access and pricing but isn't innovative: it isn't open to new ways of thinking and has no idea what to do about digital. Indeed, you get the sense that senior management thinks digital transformation is simply IT going by another name. The real problem is senior leadership. They are part of the old life science ecosystem. They don't really grasp the changes are underway, especially digital. And the company is very US-centric, so there is no learning from what is being done elsewhere. In short, don't come here with new ideas or expecting to be part of the digital revolution affecting life sciences.
