Great products with capable support but poor mangement concentrating on raising stock prices and selling the company is starting to weather the core of the company. Intec will be sold or dismantled within 2 years.

Intec has no concern for employees, no sense of loyalty and if you are not British you will never be promoted above mid-management

you will be given chance to travel to many countries either on project or training if you are good in providing gift/ personal benefits to your superior. Especially training in cape town, food included, stayed in 4 / 5 stars hotel, 9am - 5pm training, 5 days a week training could give you plenty of time to travel in this beautiful city for free. Many employees from KL have been attended training in cape town.

if you don't know how to provide personal benefits to your superior, you will be accused by them for any thing, the skills you acquired in this company will not be useful for you to find any job outside.
