After the acquisitions everything went downhill fast. We went from a close knit crew who learned from each other, helped each other when needed, and management was down to earth to being nothing more than numbers. No humanity behind the new management. They certainly do a good job at making you feel less like a human and more like a machine. If you’re desperate for work or looking to just get on the job experience, it’s a good start. I wouldn’t suggest staying long term. Turnover and burn out are running rampant in this company.
Benefits were mediocre and expensive.
Pay is way under market and when asking to match with employees in the same position, it’s a fight and a half.
