We are helping to improve people's lives by offering them job training to create new opportunities or upskill themselves. The stories of how this has helped people in their careers are heart-warming.

- Sometimes different teams/departments can work in their own silos. Communication is lacking cross-functionly in some situations. - Benefits are improving, but still feels a bit like a startup.

Remote work with the option to go into the office

Svantaggi

They promote flexibility and work-life balance, but management doesn't actually follow through with that. Management is a cult and looks down on employees. Raises are non-existent. They will lay you off with no warning or PIP. No career adavncement opportunities.
