Feedback is specific and useful without turning into busywork. The client mix keeps things interesting and helps you build range. You get real autonomy and trust, matched with clear priorities and accountability, which is a sweet spot for growth. The culture genuinely feels like a family. Folks jump in at a moment’s notice when someone needs a hand, even if it is not their project. New voices are welcomed, questions are encouraged, and credit is shared. It is easy to do your best work when you know the team has your back. Work-life balance is respected. When life happens, there is flexibility. Communication is straightforward, expectations are clear, and the reporting makes it easy to see how your efforts translate into results. It feels like a place where good work gets noticed and shared.

I was fortunate to work at Intuitive Digital for nearly five years and can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s a fun and inclusive work environment. They do a great job taking care of their employees, and offer flexibility with work schedules. The unlimited PTO is amazing, and the company events and activities do a great job of team building and fostering a sense of community while all being remote. I’ve seen Intuitive Digital change over the years. Starting originally in-office and moving to fully remote. They’ve done a great job of not losing their identity while building a team across the country. Leadership is super transparent about everything and the commitment to the employee experience is second to none. They go out of their way to be accommodating and care deeply about each employee. The growth potential at Intuitive Digital is also incredible. For me, I was able to start as an apprentice and move all the way up to the Senior and Team Lead position. They help guide you toward what you’re interested in and push you to develop and continually improve. I think the biggest compliment I could give is that they walk the walk when it comes to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and truly try to inspire change in this world. And it’s also pretty great working for a B Corp.

Really not many. It can be fast paced like most agency environments. They’re currently implementing EOS, which in and of itself is a pro, but does come with some growing pains in the beginning.
