Close nit company, a lot of communication between all the stores in a district, its great being able to talk to and bounce ideas off colleagues. Company is very driven to succeed.

Horrible shipping receiving process. most complications in my job come from outside factors beyond control at a store level, and at times leads to unrealistic expectations from head office. Hard to find support or get feedback in a timely manner from head office. Extremely long hours.
