If site visit actually happens (paid by customer), Jacobs doesnt pay any allowance or overtime, pays only expenses. Common culture of ganging up, framing people, putting them on impossible targets and then firing them for under performance. Real nasty stuff. Feel sad for graduates and young engineers, no guidance or training, just given administrative work and unbillable work for months
