Total lack of understanding from just about all levels of management. The way they grow is by buying out smaller firms and then forcing their old, outdated and unorthodox ways of management upon everyone. No understanding of technology. Many of those making the call on the technology that users have access to or that is considered/forced to be the standard, have no grasp of what is or isn't productive. No "proper" sharing of technology. No open to new ideas, or better ideas.
