Benefits cost employees 20% more than at other firms for the same level of coverage. Difficult to move from one region to another even if you are willing to relocate, office managers tend to be very territorial and self-serving. Recently lay-offs (9 people in the last 30 days) have been frequent and complete blindsides to the affected employees. Many managers very few leaders in this company. The recent move to low-walled cubicals is un-nerving and privacy is non-existent; any talking above a whisper is audible throughout the surrounding area.
