Jacobs is a very large company - good if you just want to be a small cog in a massive machine. Being an American firm, H&S or fear of litigation is a big driver behind the "culture of caring" brand that Jacobs push. The H&S doesn't necessarily come across as from a caring point of view rather a "save lives and save money" point of view.
