Not a good company for graduate engineers. You don't get enough good work experience and feel stuck in the company, unable to move on. Progression is slow unless you work in the highways sector. Highways graduates or engineers will get promoted a lot faster than other disciplines despite them doing little work and having little technical knowledge in comparison.
