Friendly environment. Flat office culture which you can literally talk to anyone as you including your bosses, team lead, director and even VP and discuss about anything. Company organizes certain events for staff like games and food every quarter. Information from company are shared to all staffs so that everyone will get a clear picture of the company's direction, status, stability and upcoming projects. Benefits are good, increments are not so bad and 13th month salary. Some bosses listens to you, wants you to grow and allows you to diversify yourself and venture into other departments/projects.

Sometimes management listens to your opinions and views and yet less action taken. Not everybody willing to participate in company's events and less rewards are given those who did. You need to showcase yourself, network yourself in their own platform to get recognize from other countries/offices. Sometimes their procedures are haywire which increases your workload. But overall, it was a great experience for me.
