Jacobs does not stand behind their word during recruitment...get it in writing before you commit. Departments are in total personnel disarray. Job descriptions do not match the caliber of persons actually placed in positions of upper management. Org chart is a joke. Lots of talk and no action. Overall, the unwritten practice of Jacobs is, "Just give it to them as it is, they took it last time." I actually heard a Program Manager state in a meeting of Program Leads that it is the client's job to accommodate Jacobs, not the other way around. No pride in product delivered to client.
