No management direction except "stay billable". Expected to use vacation time when work slowdowns occur (all levels of staff). So-called talent supervisors check timesheets and have one yearly meeting with you (yearly reviews) because the have to, not because they can assist you with your career or answer HR-related questions. Not clear who "management" actually is in this office. Calgary office is still run like TERA. No room/opportunities exist outside of your respective "swim lane". Limited opportunities for career growth. Work hoarding is very common. Company expects no OH at all, but promotes "innovation" on your own time.
