Management isn't all on the same page regarding remote work, as each team is allowed partial remote work under the manager's discretion. Overall, the work process is pretty convoluted and annoying, which, after a while, wears you down. Pay is not competitive, and there is little to no incentive for people to stay unless they are super passionate about rockets.
