When they need you, you are the king but when they think they dont need you as much they behave very badly 6. New CEO comes from a manufacturing sector, where most of his experience is working with blue collar workers, not consultants and white collar workers. Thus, the policies he is trying to enforce seems to be misguided. 7. Too many VPs (There is a joke that we might have a VP for Sanitary product procurement)
