Unclear path for advancement. Pay is average. Benefits are the worst I've had at any employer -- including a contract job shop. Constantly feel like no matter what I contribute, my job could be eliminated. Sr. Leadership seems very disconnected from front line employees. Everyone -- myself included -- appears overworked, overstressed and paranoid about their job. The Jacobs benefits package isn't much better than something you could buy on your own independently.
