Current Italian Senior Management have no emotional intelligence or understanding of the Australian market place. Promises, while being made, are almost never kept. Opportunity for advancement is incredibly rare if you are not Italian. Opportunity for growth is incredibly rare. No freedom of expression especially regarding the decisions of Senior Management otherwise you will be forced to leave with or without a payout.
