Communication is often unprofessional, with frequent yelling, finger-pointing, and disrespectful comments. Management has failed to establish clear roles and responsibilities, leading to constant confusion and conflict between employees. Engineering leadership appears heavily driven by favoritism and routinely treats employees with a lack of professionalism and respect.
