Opportunities for moving between departments. Travel opportunities. Equal opportunities in UK. Generally employees are conscientious (few abrasive characters). Stability.

Svantaggi

Highly dependent on who your manager as to your progression. Don't seem particularly flexible/trusting when it comes to travel and working arrangements. Unprofessional behaviour by some in HR. Business, engineering and operations are disconnected. No bonuses. Disheartened employees.

The culture is extremely toxic and divisive. There is a clear preference shown toward Italian employees over U.S. employees, which creates an unfair and frustrating work environment. Communication is often unprofessional, with frequent yelling, finger-pointing, and disrespectful comments. Management has failed to establish clear roles and responsibilities, leading to constant confusion and conflict between employees. Engineering leadership appears heavily driven by favoritism and routinely treats employees with a lack of professionalism and respect.
