Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Your feedback is valuable to us and we’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experiences including areas you feel we can improve. Whilst we appreciate there is more we could do, we believe we are making progress. We had more new starts to our Edinburgh Engineering teams in 2024 than in any previous year and our Gender Pay Gap has continually decreased every year since 2021. We encourage you to speak to the Edinburgh HR team to discuss this further.
