The company is in the hands of an untrustworthy character, incapable of sticking with decisions if the opportunity to get a cent more is there or if he simply doesn't feel he likes them anymore, even when he delegated to others. There's no real care for people, to the point that the almost totality of the team changed 3 times already after seeing his true colors on multiple occasion. And most clients followed the same pattern while I was there. I wonder if the current team was aware of the full history of the company before they joined. The so much claimed company values were nothing more than smokescreen for new joiners, but there's no substance to it, especially when money is involved. On top of this, compensation was the lowest I've seen in Amsterdam for similar roles.
