- Compensation. It’s 50/50. Quotas are ridiculously high enough that about 15% reps are hitting. If SOP’s forecasts incorrectly, the burden falls on employees in terms of compensation. The base is unlivable. - No training or development - you are expected to figure it out on your own. Sink or swim mentality. Lots of pressure and micromanaging. - Work Life Balance is terrible. With high expectations it’s tough. - Lack of clarity from leadership
