Svantaggi
The company culture feels more like a cult than a workplace. Once you’re in management, you bleed LinkedIn blue and speak only in corporate jargon. • Let’s be honest—this is a job board, not a humanitarian mission. The level of self-importance is… impressive. • Product innovation is mostly surface-level. There’s a lot of noise around AI, but try selling it to a small business in a developing country and watch the conversation end when you say “AI agents.” • Since the acquisition by Microsoft, culture has shifted. If you’re not bringing in immediate revenue, your role feels very disposable. • Onboarding and training are major weak points. New hires are often left to “figure it out” with minimal guidance, while managers offload responsibilities to team members who barely understand the role themselves. • Many managers are inexperienced and more focused on performative team bonding than actual team development or support. • Internal politics are brutal—account stealing, blame games, and backstabbing are unfortunately common across regions and teams. • The sales process feels like cold-calling insurance in a saturated, price-sensitive market—especially in SEA. It’s a hard sell, and you’re often left wondering how much value you’re truly delivering. • Unless you can fully buy into the “we’re changing the world” narrative, the disconnect between message and reality will wear you down.
