Horrible managers and horrible customers. Jewellery is made cheap and constantly breaks/tarnishes to everyday your faced with customer complaints. Wifi constantly broke in the store so no card refunds or transactions could be taken. My manager and assistant manager left so I ran the whole shop by myself acting as manager but when asked if I could have compensation they told me “im not a proper manager” but didn't hire anyone else so it was just myself running the store.

You don’t even get insight on how the goals are helping the future of the company. •Chronic understaffing while still being held to aggressive targets. You will be expected to work by yourself for 12+ hours if an employee doesn’t show up. • Minimal training, yet full accountability from day one. Click through modules that you are pressured to get through within your first week. •Constant micromanagement and metric obsession. Always contacted outside of working hours. •Burnout is normalized. No support or high quality candidates apply. Always told to recruit while only offering to pay talent $16-18 an hour at most for key holders. •High turnover is not accidental — it’s the culture. You’re expected to pierce ears and never get truly certified and rewarded for your expertise. •Little appreciation, recognition, or meaningful support from upper management. When you get sick they expect you to still work, won’t allow you to utilize your legally earned sick days without contacting you.
