      You get to meet some amazing and dynamic people as Lush really does attract great talent and creative minds. Lucky enough to make best friends for life whilst working at Lush and will be forever grateful for some of the fun experiences had whilst working there.

      The top leadership are archaic and struggle to keep ahead of the curve these days. Don’t hold themselves accountable for mistakes and bad management. Family ran business which means unless you’re “in” with the family, you’re not looked twice at. Favouritism is rife within head office which means the great talent they attract often goes elsewhere once that reality sets in.

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
