He takes care building the team and making sure you are surrounded by like minded individuals, ready to work hard and attack problems. The company culture is great, MBX works hard, and plays hard.

Any rapidly growing company has challenges. MBX has some, but if you show up ready to work and fight fires when they arise, it's a great home.
