We feel very strongly about operating in a way that honors our core values (integrity, empathy, teamwork, flexibility, persistence), and we often get positive feedback from employees and clients about how we exhibit those on a daily basis. So, we do not take your feedback lightly. If any employee ever has a concern, we want them to feel comfortable discussing it with the leadership team. We will look for better ways to communicate that moving forward.
