Good pay and surrounded with a lot of food options due to location and staff discount, other PTs were friendly and nice also

Management is not organised and work politics and environment is more toxic than you’d expect. Managers are also angst sometimes and the tasks can be stressful more often than you’d think. Everything is very messy and the managers give unclear instructions sometimes causing a lot of miscommunication. They dump a lot on you expecting you to reach the target and finish the task when it is realistically impossible, then blame you for no reason. Managers are more rude to the customers which is so confusing because they tell us that we must offer good customer service when they themselves don’t???? They also act very entitled for what… They refuse to listen to us (their staff) when something happens with the customers like karens and still find a way to blame the staff. They are also delusional with their targets and keep pushing us to increase their sales which is understandable because can get commission but the items are also insanely priced so how to sell…. Managers are also super biased so if for some reason they don’t like you then that’s it. Overall workplace ethics and environment is toxic and the management still has a lot to improve on, especially regarding admin stuff and conveying things to their staff. Don’t work here unless you want to have depression.

Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
